Privacy Policy

For contextos.tech — the ContextOS approach site. Short, plain English, narrowly scoped.

What this policy covers

This policy applies only to contextos.tech — the site that publishes the ContextOS approach. It does not cover the apps built on ContextOS (such as OrderHubX, IntelliTeli, FactoryHubX, OpsSignal). Each of those apps is a separate product on its own domain and publishes its own privacy policy.

contextos.tech does not host user accounts, does not process operational data from any connected systems, and is not a software service. It is a approach and marketing site.

What we collect on this site

Information you provide

  • Contact form submissions — name, email, company, phone (if you give it), and your message. We use these only to reply to you and, if relevant, to follow up about early access to apps built on ContextOS.
  • Scheduling requests — if you click "Schedule Now", you are taken to scheduler.orderhubx.com, which has its own privacy notice. We don't process the scheduling data here.

Information collected automatically

  • Server access logs — standard web-server logs (IP address, user-agent, page requested, timestamp, referring URL). Used for site operation, debugging, and abuse prevention. Retained 90 days.
  • Fonts — we load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address as part of the font request. See Google's privacy policy.
  • No analytics, no advertising trackers at the time of writing. If we add basic visitor analytics later, this policy will be updated and the cookie policy will list them.

How we use what we collect

  • Reply to contact-form messages
  • Operate, secure, and improve the site
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for behavioural advertising.

Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Hosting and email providers who run the infrastructure for this site, bound by their own data-processing terms.
  • Legal authorities when required by law.
  • Successors if Umento is acquired or restructured, with notice to those affected.

Retention

  • Contact-form submissions: retained as long as needed to follow up, then archived or deleted.
  • Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

Singapore PDPA, EU/UK GDPR, UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, and similar regimes grant rights including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these, email hello@umento.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cross-border transfers

Umento Pte Ltd is registered in Singapore. The site may be operated and accessed from servers outside Singapore. Where your data crosses jurisdictions, we apply contractual safeguards aligned with applicable law.

Children

contextos.tech is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be flagged on the home page or by email if you've contacted us.
